We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to both park city and soldier hollow for downhill and Nordic skiing. The space was as described - it is in the basement, so there is a set of stairs going down. The egress windows bring out a lot of light which is nice. You can hear the people in the Airbnb above sometimes. The beds and pillows were comfy. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Note that if you cook a lot the house gets very smoky and you have to open windows to air the space as there are no kitchen vents or fans. The main complaint we had was the internet and wife speed. It was very slow and you could barely stream on the smart tv or browse websites. 5G wasn’t great either.

This is a great location for everything Heber City or Park City. Comfortable Beds, spacious rooms and well stocked kitchen.

I’ve used AirBNB heavily in recent years, and I have to say that Pedro and Jeanine may well be the best hosts that I’ve ever experienced - so friendly, responsive, helpful and accommodating! This basement unit is well-appointed and cozy - perfect for a couple or small family. We found the neighborhood to be a great location for us - away from the business of Heber’s Main Street, but still close to so many of attractions and outdoor activities in the area. Would highly recommend this - comfortable and good value! PS - If you happen to be there on 4th of July, you will have an absolutely stunning 360 degree fireworks show coming from all the various neighborhoods and parks in the area - it was quite the experience!
