Newly finished, cozy basement apartment in the beautiful Heber Valley. Perfect place to relax after a day of skiing. -Located in a safe, family friendly neighborhood -Just 20 minutes from Park City and less than 5 minutes from downtown Heber -No cleaning or anything required at checkout This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom basement apartment (1450 square feet), with a separate exterior entrance. -The master bedroom has a king bed and a private, attached bathroom. -Rooms #2 and #3 both have queen beds. -800 thread count cotton sheets on each bed. -Pack n play available upon request. -Washer and dryer with laundry detergent & dryer sheets. -Fully stocked kitchen: brand new LG oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Pots & pans, knives, spatulas, plates/bowls/cups, spices & oil, anything you could need to cook. Keurig with k-cups, creamer, and sugar. -Dining table with 6 spots. -65” Sony Smart TV in the living room. -6 ski racks on the wall for ski storage, and a boot dryer that can also dry gloves -Shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, & lotion provided in each bathroom. -Parking for 2 cars on driveway

Absolutely perfect. The rooms were all clean and good sizes, great kitchen and great parking. This was one of our best stays. When we go back, we will try stay here again
nice Heber City, which I love. Easy in, easy out to DV and PC with no fuss. Overall, great place though
This is a gem of a place! Private basement apartment with all the amenities! Everything was pristine and squeaky clean. We loved that it was fully stocked for all our needs but had a modern, clutter free aesthetic. The boot dryer was such a bonus. After coming back from skiing all day we were so happy to fully dry our boots and gear so we didn’t have to put wet gear on the next day. This apartment was in a quiet and walkable neighborhood and was it easy to walk or take a short drive to restaurants and coffee shops. It was a scenic drive to both Park City and to Sundance. The first few days we were there, there was a snowstorm. Hannah made sure to salt the stairs and around our vehicle so we didn’t slip. Highly recommend this apartment with the attentive hosts! We will be back. PS kitchen was stocked with basics which was a nice touch and now we are hooked on the siracha that was provided. 😉
The place was clean, quiet and we felt right at home. Lots of space as well. Will return for sure !
