With a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space with a yard/garden, this is the perfect place to stay. Close to many local attractions. This vacation spot is within 20 miles of many ski resorts & Deer Valley Gondola. You can snowmobile over the mountain slopes. Lake or Stream Fishing is just 5-10 minutes away. Many hiking and biking trails close by. We can’t wait for you to join us. Exterior, covered entrance with steps. Outside includes a seating area, a patio with outside dining with seating for eight. There is parking for 2+ cars. RV parking is available with prior notice. There is a barbecue grill and a smoker that are available for use. Shared (with host): backyard space, garden in the summer time with fresh vegetables when in season. There are berry bushes that can be picked when in season as well. Open concept living room, dining, and full kitchen. The living room includes seating for eight plus, an electric fireplace, 55 inch television, throw blankets, a ceiling, fan, under the stairs storage, and board games. The kitchen is a full kitchen with an electric stove/oven, microwave, full-size fridge, and dishwasher. There is a toaster, grill, rice cooker, blender, and hand mixer. All pots and pans, plates, glasses, coffee, mugs, children’s utensils and plates, silverware, cookware, etc. are all included. There is a coffee maker with a drip 12 cup pot and Keurig coffee maker. Sweeteners and cream are included. Complimentary coffee, Keurig hot chocolate, tea, and coffee pods are included. The bedrooms include a queen bed in one of the bedrooms, a California king bed in the second and third bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms include a dresser, closet space with hangers, luggage rack, extra pillows, and blankets. A queen size air mattress and a pack ‘n play (crib) are also available upon request. The bathroom includes a hair and make up area with a blow dryer. Shampoo/conditioner, and soap included. The bathroom has a large shower, and a full size washer, and dryer. Laundry soap is included - Put the pod directly in the washer tub, not in the dispenser. All towels are included, this includes towels that can be used at the lake.
