Parking for up to 6 vehicles on the private gated drive and a 1 car covered car port if needed. The home has two additional outbuildings that are part of your reservation. The first is a cute Country Store / Office just off the main driveway. Write your next great novel or get some work done away from the rest of the group in this fun little private office with full electrical, fun and functional furnishing and space heating. The second is a large ADU / Game room. Currently outfitted as a 2nd gathering area with large flat screen TV, Additional Seating and a Gas Stove fireplace for heat. The exterior of the home continues to deliver with a massive and beautiful wrap around porch, and two amazing private deck areas with a large Alfresco outdoor kitchen. A brand a Brand New Arctic Spa and gazebo are ordered and will be installed mid November. This will leave one additional covered car port space for your use. Please do not disturb the owners vehicle during your stay. This home is pet friendly and we will happily accommodate your furry friends. Here are the rules. We charge a $25 per pet, per night fee for pets. All pets must be kenneled if you plan to leave them at the home without supervision. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. If our cleaning crew has to pick up messes in the home or outside the home on the property, you will be charged a minimum $100 additional cleaning fee. The pet fee is charged separately from the booking through Air BnB resolution. All animals must be disclosed prior to your stay. Service animals are welcome but they must be disclosed ahead of time and documentation provided if required. If it is found that you bring a pet without notifying us (even service animals) you will be charged $50 per night per furry family member. Please report any damage a pet is responsible for immediately so we can resolve it immediately.
