The place is great and is true to the photos and descriptions. It is a few minutes from the beach and a 5-10 mins drive away from the busy part of San Juan. This is a good place if you want a more quiet and relaxed environment. A lot of appliance and tools were also provided plus a beach mat.

Dada and Donna were great hosts - gracious, responsive, and helpful. They were superb in their communication and provided useful tips on where to go and what to do. The location is perfect. It is in a quiet and less crowded area and the beach is just a few minutes walk away from the place (it is also close to Makan at Eliseos which is another great find thanks to their recommendation). The place looks exactly like in the photos. We probably went there during the hottest time of the year so the weather was unforgiving. There are a/cs in the bedrooms so it was okay but the ceiling fan in the living room was not enough to beat off the heat. Perhaps something to consider in the future (adding a/c in the living room) if practical and feasible. Otherwise, we’ve enjoyed our stay at the T House.

The best place to stay in LU! It's clean, beautiful, and has a cozy vibe to it. Sobrang bait din ng hosts, especially Dada and Donna. Ili Norte beach is beautiful and is just a short walk away. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for having us, T-House!

It was great! Ms. Donna welcomed us upon arrival. It was a smooth check-in. She also gave recommendations on where to eat and what must places to visit in La Union. The surrounding was very peaceful, good for relaxation. The place was very private and has an easy access going to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Dada's place is excellent for families and the beach near the house is not too crowded which I like very much. The place is equipped with all you need to use for cooking. The bathrooms are a bit small and could use hooks for towels and clothes but nevertheless it was fine. The bedrooms could use hooks and tables as well for our things. Comfortable bed and cold aircons! Dada and Donna, we're very helpful as well in everything. Would definitely consider this property again in the future.
