Morgan’s place is impeccably clean and situated in a lovely, vibrant area in Paris with lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Morgan’s an incredibly friendly and kind host who made us feel right at home in Paris. He was very accommodating and helpful and offered a great coffee and delicious selection of jams and croissants for breakfast.

Morgan is one of the best hosts we’ve met so far. We were positively impressed by his kindness and helpfulness from the first moment of our stay. The room was clean, fully equipped, and extraordinarily functional. Every morning, Morgan served us a delicious breakfast (composed of freshly baked croissants and bread, juices, coffee, tea, jams, and fruit) at the time we chose on the first day. And even if we got up late, he would still prepare us breakfast and leave it in the oven to keep it warm and tasty. Other extra services he provided us with: shampoo in the bathroom, an iron and an ironing board.🥰❤️

We had an amazing stay at Morgan’s place, he was so friendly and attentive. The room was lovely and clean and the location was perfect. Breakfast was delicious too!

Zona molto comoda, vicino alla metro. Stanza un po' piccola, come il bagno ma tenuto tutto in ordine e pulito. La cucina, la sala comune pulita altrettanto. Morgan super disponibile e gentile. Colazione ottima con anche prodotti fatti in casa buonissimi.

My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights. Our first trip to Paris was so blessed because of the place we stayed. Morgan was so nice, kind, and very responsible. The place was a little bit smaller than I expected, but the location was great that we could go to very good restaurants around. Most of all, Morgan was so helpful whenever we had questions about our plans in Paris. I would love to stay in Morgan’s place again when I visit Paris again.
