Gorgeous family beach house! Rosedale beach is sublime and this home offers easy access to it with beautiful, sunny, north east aspect and balcony, lovely views through the trees,heaps of space and a range of living spaces for games and relaxing, and lovely garden and deck on the western side too for relaxing in afternoon with doggo. Really versatile, well laid out house ; our family plus extra teenager friends had such happy days there. Thank you for sharing your beautiful part of the south coast with us!

We had a terrific family holiday - the house has everything you need , so many spaces to relax alone or share. A short but steep walk to the beach well worth the effort the location is pristine and quiet. Will come back.

Rosedale is a beautiful spot, and Kates places is perfect for an escape. It was more resourced than the listing implied; bath towels provided, appliances in the kitchen, and plenty of firewood! We had a great time!

The location and view was amazing but the house definitely needed a good clean. There was also mouse droppings all through the kitchen. If it had a good clean and the right towels out then it would have been great.
