The apartment was lovely, exactly as described and had everything I needed. It's in a beautiful area, with a path along the coast and stunning beaches. Susan gave clear instructions for checking in and for leaving. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

This is my second stay, about a month long each, at Susan’s, and I couldn’t possibly recommend it more strongly. The place is just fantastic, perfectly located for the beach and for walks on the coast, near to Porthcawl with lots of dining options but set apart in a quiet location, super high quality finishings and appliances, everything you need for a long (or short) stay, but thoughtful little touches that make it even nicer than home! 10/10 would (and in fact will!) stay again.

I rented Susan's place for my daughter and her boyfriend as a birthday treat They really loved the location and apartment, easy parking, easy access to beach and view Place was really clean and well equipped, super comfy bed and nice layout for a young couple They cooked quite a bit and the only suggestion was for a bigger frying pan for pancakes and a plastic spatula! Susan also told us about works happening in a neighbouring flat - so 5* for honesty It had minimal impact on their enjoyment, but says a lot about the host Thanks Susan and my daughter has a new sea side bolt hole to de-stress and surf

Absolutely amazing place!! If you’re considering staying at Susan’s, you should definitely go for it. It’s hard to know where to start, there is so much great stuff to say. The location couldn’t be better, right at Rest Bay beach, two minutes walk from the sand. You can take the coast path directly from the property, walk to the water sports center, surf or swim, or just sit and enjoy the view. The flat is very well equipped, and to the highest standard, with all new Bosch built-in appliances, luxurious sheets and towels, quality cookware and so on. The construction itself is high quality, so it’s extremely quiet, and you get a bit of a sea view with sunsets on one side and sunrises over fields on the other. I stayed for three weeks, and then immediately booked another three and will likely book more in the future whenever im in the area. Couldn’t possibly recommend more highly. Ah, right, and Susan herself was so friendly and helpful, and made a bunch of great recommendations!
