Jacqueline is a wonderful host who offered many great recommendations of things to do and places to see, as it was our ( family of 6 ) first time on the island. She was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Her home is in a peaceful and quiet location just far enough off the main strip, but also walkable to all the great restaurants, bars, and Joni’s Beach! Thanks Jacqueline and we hope to get back there again sooner than later!

This was a lovely stay on Madeline Island. We found that at a mile from downtown it was the perfect distance to feel peaceful and away from everyone while also being walkable to the city center. We also really enjoyed both the deck and the screened-in porch and spent much time hanging out in those spaces.

We loved our time at La Sirene. If you are planning to cook for yourself on Madeline Island, this is the kitchen you want—it is quite well-appointed. You’ll also enjoy front and backyard nature sightings and the awesome quietude of Ian island retreat.
