We really like the Lakeside cabin, it is so tranquil and surrounded by wildlife. What a beautiful setting! The accommodation is well laid out for privacy and tastefully decorated. The location is great for walking in the Wye Valley and visiting local towns and villages. We did a lovely 10 mile walk on Saturday from Whitestone. Mike is extremely helpful and friendly. We would love to come and stay again and explore the area a bit more.

Mike has a very special house overlooking a small lake. It’s beautifully decorated inside, clean and comfortable. The surroundings are stunning. It’s very private too. We were able to relax outside and make food on the gas bbq. Loads of walking treks around and beautiful small villages to explore a short ride away. Mike is a lovely person. Friendly and easy to communicate with. He waited for us and showed us around. All in all, a lovely stay. Thanks Mike!

Such a beautiful and serene setting, stylish, clean, spacious house with such a lovely veranda looking out over the lake. Mike was so helpful and welcoming, i’ll definitely be going back soon

Beautifully located cottage nestled by lake in a picturesque valley - incredibly lucky to catch sight of the resident otter in the lake! Cottage is lovely - well equipped and cosy. Highly recommend!

Idyllic setting, not an easy walk to the lodge if you have any physical difficulties; however Mike and his buggy were there on hand to help transport us and our luggage. Not only on arrival and departure, but also during our stay. Lovely host.
