We loved our stay at Carlos’ place. He was extremely helpful before and during the trip, helping us book excursions and answering any questions promptly. There’s lots to do at the building, three different pools, many outlets and a nice kids play area. Easy to get taxis to rodadero or Santa Marta proper.

Asked if there was hot water before booking. Was lied to and told the apartment had hot water and it did not. Check in was miserable because there is no air conditioning in the lobby. We got to the room and and noticed there was still water and debris in the jacuzzi which hadn't been cleaned. I also noticed several of the dishes had stains on them including the glasses and 2 plates that we used. There was also frequent power outages during the night which caused us to sleep very uncomfortable the first night.

Carlos is a great host with a beautiful place. had a wonderful trip! Everything was in working order and as advertised!
