We loved the property. Our group enjoyed staying there , loved all the facilities and the arrangements at the place. We would go back again if we visit Coachella. We had to have multiple back and forth with the management to turn on the hot tub and jacuzzi and wish there was more control for us to do that when we wanted. It was an excellent stay.
This place is an awesome spot, clean, with a decent size of a pool, and a good hot tub. Kitchen space, games, rooms, were great! The staff was INCREDIBLY responsive, I couldn’t ask for more! One small thing, is the remote for the heating for pool/hot tub wasn’t working - which means the staff had to shift, and respond to my requests for turning on:off the heat, even into the evening. I appreciate greatly the responsiveness! :) It is unfortunate the ability for being able to turn on/off the heat, I had to keep pestering the staff,. But that was the single downside, and her responsiveness was awesome!
Me and my family just stayed at the beautiful “ coachillin “ property in Coachella. And I gotta say… we had a great time. The back yard and pool area was perfect for the kids and had great space for everyone to move around freely. The pool was awesome The home was very clean and tidy. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to get away and “chill”. We’d definitely rent this home again. And the property management was so easy to communicate with. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. Great staff. We’ll be back!!
The actual air bnb was even more roomy and comfortable than the pictures make it look! The hosts were very helpful with everything and quick to respond. The back yard is awesome at night. Would most definitely stay here again.
The house was a complete mess at check in time. There was trash left from the previous guests and all of the bedrooms were unmade with dirty sheets and towels thrown around. Cleaners did not clean the house prior to us arriving at our scheduled check in time. Management was not aware of this until I reached out. Cleaners eventually arrived 1 hr past our check in time but we had to start the laundry loads ourselves in order to quickly get the house cleaned before other guests arrived. The cleaners left around 6:30p but we still had to finish drying the towels. The host provided us with a partial reimbursement for our first night stay as well as a full refund for the cleaning fee. They also sent us some goodies to remediate the situation. Other than the cleaning mishap, the house itself is beautiful and is good for large groups. The host was prompt in answering our questions throughout our stay.
