Welcome to Fox & Badger. Find yourself at home in this rustic hand-hewn log cabin. Enjoy 3 acres all to yourself, set amid the wide scenic valley and high bluffs of Rush Creek State Natural Area. It offers great privacy and seclusion. Enjoy the morning view with coffee on the deck and relax in the evening with drinks by the fire. Walk off the property onto 2800 acres of public hunting, fishing, hiking, and wildlife adventure. Just 1-1/2 miles from the Mississippi River. Perfect for every season. A 180-degree spiral staircase is used to navigate between the two levels. The upper level loft is accessed by a ships ladder. Easy to navigate for young adults and children. The beds are very comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped and the main level dining/living area is a great hangout for movies, eating and of course playing some board games. We have shampoo, body wash, and plenty of towels for the bathroom. We also have a few yard games, including corn hole. We've tried our best to think of everything. So pack light and be ready to enjoy yourself.

This cabin is nothing short of amazing. It was a great stay and Reggie gave us some recommendations for hiking and trails surrounding the area. It's super private and surrounded by beautiful views and nature. Would definitely recommend this place and hope I can visit again.

Me and my friends stayed at Reggie’s place for 2 days and we loved it. Easy check in and out. Very clean space with great view and hiking trails.
Loved this cabin! My husband and I felt right at home here. Cute, cozy, clean, and very comfortable. We took a few days to explore this area and were grateful to have this cabin as our home base. Check in was easy and the cabin had everything we needed. Sitting on the covered porch with coffee on a rainy morning was a treat! We did some trail walking - up (and up and up) the Rush Creek trail and a more moderate walk on the Sugar Creek Bluff - for great views of the river. So pretty in fall. We’re grateful for the info left in the cabin making the trailheads easy to find. Would definitely recommend this cabin.
