Alan was great. Very attentive, friendly and informative. Upgrades where they count - bathrooms/kitchen. Appliances all in terrific condition. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. It’s an old house, floors are not all even but for most that adds to the charm. 2 living areas provide lots of space without feeling crammed. Was a great experience in Port Dover.

Alan is a great host. He was very responsive and helpful we truly enjoyed our stay at his place. This house had all the amenities and it was charming. It felt like our home away from home and it was only 5 min away from the beach. Highly recommended!

Alan’s property is exactly as described. The bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms and furnishings were all very comfortable. The location makes it perfect for walking to restaurants, the beach, and other local attractions. It is also centrally located for short drives to many beautiful locations in the area. If we are back in Port Dover, we would definitely hope to stay here again, and for anyone going, this is the place to stay.
