Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood outside of Gettysburg. This space is located 10 minutes from downtown Gettysburg and 25 minutes from Ski Liberty. This home is perfect for families or groups of people looking for a quiet place to stay while adventuring the area. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and storage for clothes. There are 2 full bathrooms - one on the main floor and one in the basement. The bathroom on the main floor has a tub. In the fully finished basement, there are 2 sofa beds. An air mattress will be provided that can also be set up in the basement. There is also a bar in the basement - some alcohol will be provided but please be courteous. There is also a desk and a small workspace area. Wifi details will be provided. The basement is perfect for families to come together after exploring Gettysburg. There is lots of space for activities. There are multiple areas to relax outside and a decent-sized yard. There is a koi pond on the property and food will be available to feed them. **Koi pond update July 2023 - Unfortunately, we lost all our big koi fish when our fish pump went out on one of the hottest days of summer. We are working on getting replacements, however, big koi are expensive! Luckily we still have some goldfish and baby koi in the pond to enjoy!**
