Enrico has been very responsive which is really helpful during me and my family’s stay. Nanay Rose is really sweet and helpful. Moreover, the place is really cozy, it’s like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in Enrico’s unit. The location is prime close to Ayala. Spacious unit and comfy bed. Two aircon is a plus. Rose is so kind letting us check in earlier. Good value for your money Definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

Enico’s place is in a perfect location, very easy to get around and walking distance to mall, awesome bars and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. You will get full support for the concierge staff and very safe place with great swimming pool as you enjoy the hotels facilities. Enrico's was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any request. Totally recommend it.

TLDR: For the price, you can do better. I stayed for five weeks for work. The apartment met my minimum requirements: the aircon worked well, hot shower, wifi worked most of the time (the 5G connection was spotty). Also nice that there are blackout curtains. Pros: Enrico was quick in providing a water bottle dispenser which makes a big difference, otherwise you're hauling water everyday. Eventually they also replaced the light fixture in the bedroom, which mysteriously glowed even when turned off. (They replaced it with a bare bulb.) Cons: some dishes had bits of food stuck to them. Linens and towels are stained and greyed. The stove's left front burner never worked; Enrico said they couldn't find a repair person. A living room wall panel is coming loose. The bathroom is in disrepair - stains on the tile, corrosion on sink, mold, and seals on the shower coming loose. I'm also pretty sure the manager entered the unit without informing me, as cleaning supplies appeared one day.
