I stayed here for 5 weeks and it was beyond words - the hosts were so kind, the property is incredible, and it’s an amazing location, right next to Mendocino and close to fort Bragg if you need a CVS, etc. I can’t say enough about Marghi & Michael - they made my stay so special. All the little touches were so sweet! They even brought me soup when I was feeling under the weather. As for the space - it was cozy and serene - you can see and hear the ocean. The bed was very comfortable, everything sparking clean, and plenty of space. I was able to make use of the kitchenette like I do at home with full-size kitchen, hot plate and toaster oven made this possible. Couldn’t recommend enough, 10/10.

The hosts were great. Loved the location. The property is beautiful, gorgeous views. This was our first Airbnb. The bar is set very high for our next booking with Airbnb in the future.

I can’t begin to describe how lovely Marghi and Michael were as hosts. They were continuously thoughtful and lovely to talk with. I had a back injury two days after arriving and they offered to assist me more than once in carrying bags from the car. The setting is gorgeous with a daily ocean front view. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I was looking for somewhere quiet and close to nature to work on a project, and this place was perfect. It's located in the woods, and has wide, sweeping views of the ocean. The space has its own section of deck where I saw some beautiful sunsets. The place is very comfortable, with a comfy bed, a spa tub, and a little office space overlooking the trees and garden. Not a lot blooming in the garden when I stayed mid-winter, but Marghi (the hostess) spends lots of time working out there and I expect it will be gorgeous in spring and summer. The kitchen area has a microwave and an air fyer, no stove per se, but I went into Mendocino when I wanted something more elaborate. It's only 3 miles away and has lots of restaurant options. (And is an absolutely charming town.) Marghi was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area. I could not have been happier, and recommend the place highly.
