The home is recently remodeled and beautiful. It has two large gathering areas using the refinished basement . It was the perfect gathering place for our family get-together with the teens able to escape downstairs! Walking path right behind the house that went to the ISU campus. Enjoy this house!

The place is exactly as described. It is close to grocery store and green spaces. We had a family get together and this was a perfect place for our out of town guests to reside.

The house was nice, but the communication with our host was really not good. We booked this place months ago, and 2 days before we were going to drive up from Chicago (almost 6 hrs away) we reached out because we hadn’t heard anything about check-in or anything like that. Nothing was answered so we reached out again the next day and the same thing happened. At 8am on the DAY OF of our booking I had to call him to see if it was even happening. He claimed the place got double booked and that we had to check out even earlier than our stated time to leave so they could clean the place. On top of that, we didn’t even get a code to get into the house until we were all standing outside waiting at 6pm and had to call and message him over 4 times to get in. No check in details were given at all, no wi-fi code, no grill as advertised. All we needed was a copy-pasted response on how to get in and what we needed to do while there, but the host couldn’t even be bothered.

Nice large house for hosting many 4 family groups in town for a wedding. Downstairs was great for small kids. Have feedback that more glasses and mugs are needed, plus some other kitchen items. Jody really worked hard to get us three extra single mattresses and we really needed them! If the kitchen amenities are improved it’s definitely a 5 star AirBnB!
