We enjoyed our stay; the house was close to town and the smokies as the listing states. We had an issue with the heating and cooling right away when we arrived and they were very responsive about having someone come out and then again a few days later when we realized the issue wasn’t totally resolved. I think as previous reviews state, I’ve had different experiences with the amount of toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, bath and kitchen towels that are stocked to use. The dogs at the kennel nearby did bark a lot, but it didn’t bother our dogs or our sleeping much. We had 11 in our group with two dogs and it was a perfect amount of room for everyone to eat, sleep, play and shower. Townsend is a nice little town, if we were to come to Tennessee again, we would consider staying here.

The location and area were very nice and the home was quite adequate for our Christmas family gathering. We have stayed at several AirBNB and VRBO homes in the past and have had a Christmas family gathering each year for several years. We may have been spoiled by having Super Hosts/Hostesses in the past who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect - including providing Christmas trees and other holiday decorations and checking in with us frequently during our stays to be sure everything was OK. Breezeway homes did not provide any of that. The supplies provided were inadequate and we had to go shopping for soap, paper products, charcoal for the grill, etc. Those provided might have been adequate for a weekend but not for a week for 12 people. Cleaning was mostly OK but the home has an odor that we traced to the moldy carpets on the lower level. The grill was very nice but appeared to have not been cleaned in many months, if ever. Despite all this we had fun.

We have a large family and we try to gather together every Thanksgiving. This home was a great spot for us. There were plenty of indoor activities to keep all ages happy, along with quiet spaces when needed. There was plenty of room to spread out and larger spaces for us to gather. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with utensils and storage space. We bought all of our groceries before checking in and had plenty of space for a week's worth of food. we heard the dogs that some reviewers commented about but they really weren't that loud. I would have rated our stay with all 5 stars but we were missing towels and washcloths when we arrived. However, the host responded promptly and we had all that we needed by the next day. FYI...some rooms were cold overnight and we only found the extra blankets as we were leaving. They are in the closet of the left bedroom on the lower level. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time here and would choose it again.

This was the perfect get away spot! It was super cozy. Quick access to anything in town but it didn’t even feel like we were in town. Extremely close to the National Park! Super duper clean! The smoker/grill is a great feature of the home as well! Everything was super clean and the hosts are super responsive to any of your needs & questions! Will definitely be back! 10/10!

Amazing home, lots to do, great reception, fast wifi, tons of parking and super clean inside. Host was super responsive and accommodating will absolutely be booking again 100% worth it for a group of friends. 👍👍👍👍👍
