Beau studio bien équipé, immeuble calme et bien insonorisé, beaucoup de restaurants à proximité (vietnamien, japonais, européen, etc...) Quartier neuf et sécurisé, beaux lacs artificiels et petites plages mais interdiction de se baigner dans les lacs... Cerise sur le gâteau : une machine à laver le linge est disponible dans l'appartement !

I stayed there for 1.5 months and I was sad to leave. I loved the community. It is safe to walk even at night. Lots of places to walk in there, restaurants, exercise facilities, pool, etc. The unit itself is a studio unit, the kitchen has the basics, no microwave oven but I didn’t mind. The washer is outside, you can use the fan to help your clothes dry faster. The ac is not as cold but it was fine with me. Internet was fast enough. The unit can use a little more scrubbing and cleaning but again, I didn’t mind because I chose to clean anyway instead of complaining. I will definitely come back!

An incredibly amazing spot within Vinhomes Ocean Park. There are lots of do-amazing restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, and walkable paths for exercise. Lan is an outstanding host and always responsive to your questions and/or asks. I’ll highly recommend this spot and Lan’s apartments if you want to get out of the hectic area of Hanoi into a quiet and still lots of do area of the city.

Great place to reset while have everything around you from amazing restaurants, gyms, and coffee shops. The host, Lan is more than welcoming and always available to answer any questions as well as provide any recommendations. I highly recommend this place.

Couldn't recommend this place more. Lan is a fantastic host and I was amazed at the way they have their airbnb set up. I've stayed at a lot of apartments and houses as I travel a lot, this one was extremely high-quality. They were very accommodating and kind when my visa didn't come through in time. Honestly made the whole process very easy, if you were thinking about staying here it has my full recommendation. Really nice area with lots to do and the locals are very friendly and warm. Hopefully I will be returning soon.
