What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay, everything about the property exceeded our expectation. The views of the surrounding countryside from every window are stunning. A great base to rest and relax while exploring the surrounding areas.

Amazing place to stay, fabulous conversion, a home from home. Great attention to detail and helpful hosts. We stayed during storm Gerrit and the chapel was a perfect place to take refuge. Thoroughly enjoyed the views and the scenery from the chapel. The location is remote and we didn’t have phone signal but the chapel has good WiFi and supermarkets etc. delivered! We hope to return in better weather to take full advantage of all the walks from the front door.

We stayed 4 nights over Christmas as a family and had the most amazing time. From the moment we walked through the door, we were blown away. The interior, amenities provided and special touches Drew had arranged were impeccable, which meant we could drop our bags and relax straight away. The luxury bedding and towels were a treat as were the Xmas tree and fresh wreaths/flowers provided. We had nothing but amazing comments during our stay and was perfect for cooking Xmas and Boxing Day dinners, playing games by the fire and reading a book looking out at the view. Surroundings are stunning and walks are endless from the doorstep. Drew was very responsive and always happy to give suggestions on local shops, what we might need to bring for cooking etc and then they provided us turkey trays and roasting dishes etc and a bottle of bubbly to make our festive hideaway even better. Oh and the bean to cup coffee machine…just heaven! We will be back for sure! Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in!

Wow! What can I say.. the pictures on the website don’t do this place justice. Yes it looks lovely but the minute you step inside that’s when you get the real picture, and boy was I blown away, this place is stylish classy modern yet traditional all at the same time. from the minute I opened the door I fell in love and I know my whole group felt the same. the hosts leave a complimentary hamper on arrival, also wood and kinking to get you started, And a shed stocked up for any more you may need at a very reasonable price, paid through A honesty system. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything, the beds and pillows are just perfect. I really can't speak highly enough of this place, there is so much to say that it’s impossible to fit it all in one review. Perfect location, excellent directions, we will return here for many years to come.
