This was our 2nd visit to San Miguel Last time we stayed in a friend's casita so the price was right. This condo is luxurious. It looks brand new and everything we needed was there. When I went up to the jacuzzi, it was lukewarm, but when I turned it up to 40C (that's the max) it got quite hot. Note to future guests, the slate on the upstairs deck where the jacuzzi is gets VERY HOT during the day Bring slippers so you do not burn your feet. We had a couple of little issues and the response time of the host was spectacular. I used the app and they replied almost immediately every single time I needed them. Overall, we were a group of three, if you have enough travelers to need hotel rooms, this is a much better value. My only disappointment was with the internet. The host installed new repeaters the first morning which made the signal stronger. I got the feeling internet is not usually too great anywhere in SMA. Highly recommended this condo for comfort, quality and location

We enjoyed our short stay in San Miguel. The place was spotless and the rooftop hot tub was a great way to end our evening. The beds were very comfortable and both were king size which is a plus. We would stay again if we are ever able to journey back.

The location of this rental is great as far as walking to most places in town. The inside of the condo is very nice and decorated well. There is a terrible oder coming from the bathrooms, washing machine and dishwasher and an ant problem in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had to store all our food in the refrigerator and keep our toothbrush and paste in a sealed bag. The kitchen is not supplied well at all. If you wanted to cook a nice meal you would have a hard time. Also, there were not enough drink glasses for even four people to sit down to a meal. The towels need to be replaced. They looked dirty and worn. If there are people staying in the other condos it can be quite loud.
