Our homestead is unique for its serenity. Whether you are interested in hiking, yoga , meditation or just a place for quiet contemplation, we support you. This space is also used as an artist retreat/residency space, which may be attractive for like-minded folks. This is a glbtq and intersex friendly space. We support organizations like Black Lives Matter and No More Deaths. Please be kind. This tiny house is powered by solar panels. There is a cooking stove with a propane tank, and an electric refrigerator. Upstairs there is a private loft with a memory foam mattress. Downstairs there is a couch that can be pulled out into a bed. A porch connects to the main house. There is a futon on the porch that someone can sleep on. A private bathroom with door is connected to the porch. There is no running water yet. great place to get out of civilization. beautiful surrounding property and a great place for the people and dogs to roam. Easy to find and very peaceful.

We are off-grid! We are 35 minutes from the town of Ash Fork. We are one hour from the town of Seligman. We are approximately 1 hr. 45 min. from the south rim of the Grand Canyon and approximately 2 hrs. 45 min. from the northern rim. Most guests find it more convenient to book a stay here before or after visiting the Grand Canyon. It is Not convenient to drive in and out for adventures.
During rain/snow we cancel all bookings because it is too muddy to drive in and out. Any cancellations due to muddy roads will be fully refunded. We are not open during winter months due to this. We also close during the hottest parts of the summer because we do not have air conditioning.
