Our house is located In Ninesh, a small hillside village on southern Albania. Ideal choice for anyone who wants to enjoy a dose of peace and calm away from city life, urbanization and other tourists. Perfect for children and adults alike. The villa has two floors. Being on top of an elongated hill, the ground floor overlooks the vineyard while the top floor is accessible from the street. There are two bedrooms and a toilet on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have twin beds. The living room, the double bed bedroom, the large bathroom and the kitchen are on the top floor. There is parking for one car in front of the building, however the whole road is private one, you can park anywhere.

it was a lovely stay at Grei and the family was very nice. Had a wonderful dinner and breakfast. If you really want to feel the authentic Albania this for sure is a place to come.
Fantastic stay with a lovely family. Very kind people who helped us, provided good recommendations and made our visit special. The views and surrounding area are beautiful and the food provided by Grei's family was unforgettable. The area feels very safe and comfortable. Grei's father lives upstairs and we stayed downstairs and we met at meal times on the veranda in the photo. Great stay and recommend for anyone who likes the countryside and the simple good things in life.
The place deserves 6 out of 5 stars. One can simply not imagine, how beautiful the house is located among the hills. Wanna listen to the calming sounds of roosters, sheep, turkeys and donkeys? well, this place got you covered. It was clean and cozy and the hosts, Flora and Hector will make you feel home. You are got adviced, to take the offer of having breakfast and dinner, because mama Flora is preparing the most amazing soul food you have eaten in a while. Prepare to bring back a couple of kilograms home 😋 If you feel cute you can have a game of chess with Papa Hector, although you might lose to his superior skills. the home made Raki will help you to recover though. The nature around the house is nothing but breathtaking and there are hiking trails inviting you to enjoy your stay even more. The one bad thing is, that you will have to leave Flora and Hector eventually, but you will keep them in your heart, no doubt.
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt vor Ort. Die Wanderung in der Umgebung ist zwar anstrengend aber sehr schön. Wir haben sogar eine Schildkröte gesehen. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und das Essen war eines der besten auf unserer Reise.
We were a group of 4 who had a lovely peaceful stay for 2 nights. The stars are spectacular and the mountain views are amazing. The lake isn't that close and we were told swimming isn't recommended. Greis parents were excellent hosts, cooked great breakfast for only €5 per person. Felt really welcome.

The river Vjosa is just a couple km from our village. It is suitable for swimming or fishing. The ancient city of Bylis is just 24 km away, Ardenica's monastery and Apollonia are close by. The nearest beach is 50 km away.
