Pros: -Walkable distance to mass street which was great! -great for a large group get together, we liked that all 10 of us could relax in the same area -easy check in / check out Cons: -the house is 100 years old so I didn’t expect brand-new conditions but it is run down in person. The floors had chunks of wood missing. I was getting up from the table and got a splinter that went through my thick cotton sock and lodged in my foot. None of us felt comfortable being barefoot on the floors -the master bathroom is very small, I couldn’t use it because my knees would hit the bathtub when trying to use the toilet. The upstairs bathroom door wouldn’t shut & swung open because the wood in the frame is rotted away -in a college area if you aren’t aware, drunk college kids milling around at all hours and homeless digging through the trash next to the house -no parking onsite and street parking is scarce Overall a fine stay but I feel the photos don’t exactly represent what you’re getting.
