Cozy 22’ RV (2004 Ragen Toy Hauler) on the grounds of Scottie's Motofarm, close to lush lawns, fire pit and dining area, camp kitchen with adjacent private shower and toilet rooms. Super comfy queen bunk plus two single beds which fold into couches; three burner propane stove and oven; kitchen sink; full size RV style bathroom with sink and shower; air conditioning. Free and easy parking. You can also pitch a tent on the lawn if you wish! This 22’ camper was built in 2004 and is in generally good condition for its age. It has a small kitchen with stove, oven, three burners, assorted cookware and dishes. There is a toilet and shower however we prefer guests utilize the adjacent camp kitchen facilities for toilet and showering. The camper is 22’ which is fun for two people, a bit tight for three. It has a few nicks and scratches, and isn’t new or perfect. We’re conveniently located on Rte 4 so guests should expect road noises.
