Amy & Lloyd's house was the perfect fit for a weekend with my family, a group of six adults in addition to my young niece and my brother's small dog. We felt warmly welcomed as soon as we stepped inside. After a busy day in Poughkeepsie, it was so nice to relax at the house together between the cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and casual dining room. The living areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs, were spacious and thoughtfully decorated. Everything looked exactly like the photos. We were all very comfortable and slept well! The neighborhood is easily accessible, well-located, and quiet at night. The dedicated parking spaces behind the house were a huge plus. Amy and Lloyd were so helpful, accommodating, and generous in answering my questions before booking, in the weeks/days leading up to our stay, and in the days after. We loved this trip and look forward to staying at this house again in the future. Thank you, Amy and Lloyd!

Had a wonderful stay with a large group for a friend’s wedding in the area. Amy & Lloyd we’re very helpful and responsive throughout, and very kindly left us wine and treats for our stay!

Amy & Lloyd are phenomenal hosts. Great place to stay. Close to downtown and Mill House Brewing. Comfortable for 7 of us. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay! Easy access with keypad, two living rooms with smart TVs for relaxing, and the hosts left us a bottle of local wine.

Amy and Lloyd's place was perfect for our extended family's celebration weekend. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and we appreciated the special touches like fresh flowers and cookies upon arrival. Highly recommend for a large group!
