The host was helpful went extra mile communicating out of of hours as flight delay check in. But little issue for parking it in the area where excess for for resident only. But brilliant location in right middle of town. Restaurants and cafe, minimart all closed by. The area is very safe.

A very lovely apartment in the centre of como. The separate building to pick up the keys was not an issue and the instructions were clear. It wasn’t far from the actual apartment! The apartment was lovely, clean and airy. I would say best suited for 2 people. It’s in a great location to restaurants, bars, ferry, bus and train station! The shower didn’t drain quickly but the host is aware and it wasn’t a major issue. It’s probably because it’s an old building and the water pressure is good! We had a great 4 nights stay. It was perfect for exploring como and was a perfect place to get your bearings around the lake.

My husband and I visited Como for a weekend trip and this apartment was perfect for our needs. Rent All Como communicated check in instructions proactively and was very responsive. The location was just off of one of the main squares and was close to restaurants and the water. The apartment was plenty big for just the two of us and the kitchen seemed well stocked even though we did not cook any meals there. The only thing I would recommend is for guests to bring their own shower toiletries because there was very minimal shampoo/soap provided. Would stay again!
