The house was perfect for our stay in Tallahassee. It was spacious and clean. Cynkia was so thoughtful, including a welcome gift because she knew we were there for my son’s graduation.

We (me, wife and two boys) decided to stay another night at the last minute and couldn’t rebook the AirBnB we had been staying in, and found Cynkia’s place. It was very affordable and the mapped location was very convenient to where I had to work. She was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a bit early, which gave us some time to rest before heading back to work. The house is big. My boys were excited to have their own rooms. The living room couches were comfy and the beds were too. The place is well-equipped with bath essentials, kitchen essentials and a few extra handy devices (hot water kettle). The washer and dryer looked brand new. We weren’t very familiar with Tallahassee/FSU area, and when we were arriving at the house, were concerned about the neighborhood and the house being right on the main road. But there were no issues and it was fine. The road in front of the house got pretty busy early on a Monday morning and it was a bit noisy. But all in all, a nice place

Cynkia had a lovely home. The rooms were large and spacious and the house is well equipt. Cynkia was a lovey host and very responsive to any requests we had. We would definitely stay here again!
