Carl was very responsive from the start! Weeks before our booking, I had a couple questions for him and he responded immediately. The house was so cute and modern, it was exactly like the pictures. The hot tub was a huge hit, used it both nights. Carl provided video (easy) instructions for the hot tub, which was greatly appreciated for the 3 of us! Super easy to figure out. All weekend, we kept saying how much we loved the house and would definitely make a trip back! If you are looking for something quaint, clean and modern, this is your spot!

This was my first time doing an airbnb. I was very nervous on what to expect. Everything was as listed and Carl was super responsive and respectful. Was slow time of year at Cape but we were just fine with it. Definitely great place to stay!

Beautiful cottage with a convenient location if your plans are to stay on Cape or even spend a day off Cape. We definitely recommend grabbing coffee/breakfast locally at nearby Riverview Cafe. Forgot something? There's a convenience store just at the end of the road.

My boyfriend and I loved staying here! The overall ambience was relaxing and we would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a 1-2 night stay away from the hustle and bustle of a big city. We didn’t have to drive more than 15 mins for good coffee, food, or something to do. The hosts responded quickly to all of our questions and were extremely friendly. Directions on where to find the spot, how to get in, and how to operate amenities were clear. We hope to book again in the future!
