This property is surrounded by beautiful hills & mountains, and it has a creek that flows in front of the house. The yard is large and has fruit trees all around. We picked up a couple of apples & brought them home to enjoy. They were the best apples ever. There is also a new grill, which we did not use, and a fire pit that we did use with our own firewood. There is not much traffic, and Bryson City & Cherokee are half an hour away, approximately. Ingles grocery store is the nearest store on the edge of Bryson City, about a 20 minute drive. The amenities were just as listed. We brought our own groceries & home-prepared food, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. Bathrooms were clean & well-stocked. The front porch is large & wide with a swing that faces the creek and a mountain in the background. Our stay was relaxing and peaceful. We recommend this place for any type of getaway.

The property was beautiful. However there was no running water when we arrived. This was likely due to frozen pipes during the cold weather. We had to cut our holiday trip short because of this. Be cautious if you are going during winter months.

Check in instructions were not clear took about 30-40 min to get inside due to having to reach out to host. Once inside place did not look like it was cleaned bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Soap scum all over shower and tubs as well as inside the sinks. Dust all over everything and cob webs on the ceilings. Floors looked like they were never cleaned and cabinets had coffee all down the front of them. Couches were all stained and as well there was no cable to watch tv and wifi was very spotty. Not worth what was paid to say here save your money for somewhere else. The pictures are very deceiving.

This is a very cute place and is just 15 mins away from Bryson city. Charming property with a creek running through it and a nice firepit for us to enjoy in the evenings. Internet was a bit spotty but not a dealbreaker especially if that’s repaired.
