This cosy barn conversion on the banks of the river Boyne in the shadow of Newhaggard Mill is situated on a farm 2 miles from the historic town of Trim. This barn contains 3 holiday homes. A car would be essential as there is no public transport on this route. No 3 is a three bedroom holiday home with the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area on the top floor to take advantage of the lovely views. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Das Haus war schön eingerichtet und wir haben alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr idyllisch gelegen. Aus dem Fenster kann man Kühe und Schafe beobachten und man hat einen Ausblick auf die alte Mühle und einen kleinen Fluss. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Trim, wo man alle nötigen Geschäfte findet. Insgesamt hatten wir hier eine schöne Zeit und würden gerne wiederkommen.
Excellent for families! It was a beautiful location teeming with wildlife. The cows and sheep were a family favorite. The house was spacious and accommodated our family of five easily. Breda was so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend.
Lovely stay, quiet and relaxing. The host was really helpful.
The cottage was very nice. Kitchen and bath had everything you need. It is a little hard to find at first but is located at a very nice spot next to the river with some sheep and cows around. We would love to come back!

I farm with my husband here in Co. Meath. Month to month life on the farm varies but the bookwork always stays the same. We rear dairy calves to beef on our award winning farm and also run a self catering holiday home. In my downtime I like to garden, read, love sports and walk our dogs.
