We enjoyed our stay at Alessias place a lot. Alessia stayed in very close contact with us at all time. We arrived a little later which was no problem. The refridgerator was filled with breakfast goods which came in super handy since we arrived sunday evening. The house is spacious and equiped with all the things one might be in need of. The view over the hills was magnificent. The pool area was another big plus. Alessia even offered us a goodbye aperitiv. She is a wonderful host.

Beautiful location, amazing big pool. Felt very private, though host on site and always accessible if needed. House was lovely and well equipped. Wonderful stay.

Alessia is a great and very attentive host. She was always available but at the same time she was very discreet while she lives on the same ground. When we arrived late on a Saturday evening, she surprised us with a full fridge and some snacks. The house is spacious, yet cozy and is probably even prettier than on the pictures. It has a stunning view over the Umbrian mountains. Beds were comfy and the shower was good. The cleanliness of the house was slightly below our expectations but it was fine all in all and when we reached out to Alessia to address the issue, the response was quick and provided a satisfactory resolution. The pool is an absolute highlight and especially our kids loved hanging out there during the day. They also enjoyed playing around the house in the big yet child-safe garden. I think mosquito nets would be a great improvement to enjoy the fresh air and the wonderful smell around the house more while not having too many insects in the house.

Min familie og jeg har nydt mere en to ugers ferie i Alessias bolig. Vi har været meget tilfredse med både bolig og værten. Alessia er meget venlig, fleksibel og hjælpsom. Boligen har alt hvad man skal bruge og der er adgang til en god og ren pool. Der er god udsigt på beliggenheden eftersom det er på toppen af et bjerg. Et ophold her kan varmt anbefales.

Along with ceederbrook house in upstate New York, Alessia's house is the best ever airbnb property I have ever been in. it has everything one needs us a fantastic view, serenity, an amazing pool and, on top of everything, Alessiaherself: kind, considerate, quick to respond. A joy!
