An amazing experience, beginning to end. Our host, JP, was the epitome of guest service, always responsive. He lives to make guests smile. The home was beautiful, relaxing, and comfortable, and the country setting made our stress melt away. Perfect location, a large lot in the country, but just minutes from shopping, restaurants, coffee and ice cream. We were greeted with a breezy canopy of large oaks to shield us from the Florida sun. Immediately we spotted the tree swing, hammock, fire pit, and large deck. The code worked on the first try, and we walked into an open, clean, and comfortable living space. The house was immaculate. No dust or lint on any surface. The kitchen had a full set of pots/pans and dinnerware. I made heavy use of the large skillet. There was a drip coffee maker which we used every day. We used the washer/dryer and dishwasher multiple times. Large bedrooms. Perfect beds, soft and cozy. Linens were white and spotless. Book it, you won't be disappointed!

The house was clean and as described. Somewhat overpriced. I was not pleased with the Evolve company. When I contacted them to clarify if I could have additional family over in the yard to use the fire pit and volleyball area, the response was the max guests were 5 (their book said 8) and since my group was four that I could only invite one person over. I was immediately threatened with several texts stating they had cameras watching me and they would send the sheriff over if I had more than 1 extra person on the 2 acre property. I told him I thought the “max guests” meant spending the night. I was not planning a wild party with loud music, I just wanted my kid’s 3 cousins over to play volleyball and cook marshmallows on the fire pit. The yard is big, beautiful trees but is limited to 5 people on the property. And don’t ask any questions about it or you will be threatened. I was only trying to understand the rules (which seemed quite strict) so I could follow them, which I did.

Great location. Well appointed and comfortable for a getaway. Close to shops/amenities and a short drive to Tampa.
