Great stay in Taos Ski Valley! Felt right at home with the tasteful decor, amenities provided, local recommendations, and proximity to ski lifts. Would definitely recommend and would most certainly stay here again!

We LOVED this place. It was perfectly comfortable and cozy for a winter ski weekend. Easy to get to the slopes, hosts super responsive. Will absolutely come back.

The house is great! Well furnished, everything seemed to be thought of. I thought it was super comfortable, and the location was great. Cable TV in every room, which is always a plus for me. Would've been 5 Stars, but had some issues with clearing the hot tub. The guy that was there when we arrived said he had to run to town, but would be back to clear the hot tub. Well, he didn't come back, so we cleared it ourselves. Driveway is a Beast! Even 4 Wheel Drive can't get you up to the house easily in the winter. Had a door lock issue with the ski locker, communication with Vacay Company wasn't amazing, but they did send someone out to fix the issue. His name was Larry, and he was wonderful! He was professional, helpful, and apologetic about the issue.

Come for the shoveling stay for the skiing. I was not prepared for the location. We received a considerable amount of snow that’s really good for skiing. But the driveway was not plowed on our arrival and each day we got a foot or so. The plow came at some point once a day. To get to the hill early you will be digging out. Reading the house guest book this was a common experience. If you are coming when there is substantial snow expected, make sure that you have either four or all wheel drive and tire chains. The road to the house can be quite treacherous, and the driveway is steep. Once again Get Chains. The place itself is nice. Well appointed. Get food on the way in from town. Nothing is close. Other thing: The house is at 9915 altitude (mountain base is ~9200). If you have any tendency towards altitude sickness, then come prepared. This was an enjoyable vacation but not easy one.

This property was absolutely wonderful. My group and I loved this house in Taos and made the perfect place for a ski retreat weekend. Lots of blankets for cold nights in front of the fire place, kitchen stocked with all the necessities for family cooking and in great walking distance to the ski hill. There is a bridge right down the driveway that takes you to a catwalk. We can’t wait to stay here again.
