Fantastic rooms, spotless clean, very comfortable beds. Delicious continental breakfast with home made fresh bread and a lovely selection of cereals , fruit juice and preserves. And the loveliest hosts Lucy and Jeff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Jeff and Lucy. The attic double room with private bathroom is very spacious, modern, quiet, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and private. Breakfast was delicious and talking with Jeff and Lucy was fascinating. They are excellent hosts in every way. Highly recommend for a stay in Barnstaple.
