Nos ha encantado la casa, es preciosa y la ubicación con vistas al lago son impresionantes. Muy limpia y muy bien equipada. También nos ofrecieron varios servicios de comida, transporte… pero desde el centro de San Marcos se puede coger Tuctuc que es más económico que en lancha. Andando el centro está a 10-15mins. No obstante, no especificaba nada en la descripción y cuando confirmamos que llegábamos a las 18:30h nos dijo la encargada que tenía un coste añadido a partir de las 18h (es decir, solo se puede acceder de 15-18h de forma gratuita, …). Consideramos que la franja horaria de llegada debería ser más amplia. Finalmente se pudo solucionar y no tuvimos que pagar extra. Un alojamiento muy recomendable pese al inconveniente mencionado.

Casa truly felt like a unique place to visit at for a disconnection, yoga-centered and relaxing moment. Comfortable, calm and with exceptional view on the lake and volcano, the villa is one of the best places we stayed at. The host was very welcoming and helpful in organizing the transportation (car and boat) while available for anything needed during the stay.

We traveled with our young kids and the host was very accommodating with the check-in. The house itself is very spacious with amazing views. Although, the house could use a comfortable sitting space for relaxing at the end of the day. The downstairs bathroom is an outdoor bathroom open to other guests walking around the property, so we limited ourselves to one bathroom upstairs. Also, the bedrooms are on different levels, something to keep in mind if traveling with young children. Getting a tuktuk from the house initially was tough and the one tuktuk contact provided by the host was never available. Other than these minor flaws, we had an amazing time creating memories.

Casa Paloma is always a special treat. The colorful touches in art, textile, and landscaping make every room and every nook and every vista so spectacular. Dancing on the platform, diving into the lake, and sweating in the temescal made it a healing getaway too. LOVE always our special treatment with Chef Rosa, masseuse Carmen, and property staff Miguel y Mateo!
