This is a beautiful, villa style home with stunning, unencumbered views of the lake, a fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms with jetted tubs, a wrap around terrace, and access to a private infinity pool and jacuzzi.

Jaibalito is a small, Kaqchiquel village. There are a few hundred families living and working here. This village does not have a night life or much of a scene. It’s very quiet and secluded.
There are a few, humble but good restaurants. We do not have a grocery store or ATM in the village. There are several small tiendas in the village, some sell fruits and vegetables but selection is limited.
There are no roads to Jaibalito. It can only be accessed by boat. The public boats come every 20-30 minutes and charge Q25/person. The private boats do not run after dark. You can book a private boat and we are happy to assist you with this.
The village has one main path that you can walk up to explore the village. It is not well lit at night so we suggest using a flashlight or headlamp at night. We are happy to loan you a headlamp if needed.
