When it comes to pet friendly it’s hard to find! Kelly’s place was great for that! The back yard is huge so my pups could run free. So close to the island which was a huge plus! Kelly was fantastic at communicating and fast at helping with anything we needed Pros- Dog Friendly, Close to the island, Restaurants, Markets etc. -Traveling with my grandma so the one floor living was perfect -Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. - Peaceful neighborhood -2 bathrooms are always a plus! -Fans in all the bedrooms. Cons- A lot of bugs! It is in the wood so we expected some flying creatures, but the flys made it hard to enjoy outside. And just by opening the door you get them inside. - A definite need to know is it’s well water at this house. I didn’t know that coming in and my pups got sick drinking the water the first day. It also has a horrible egg smell to the water, the host did send someone and bright us bottled water. All in all a good trip- a great host!

I have been using the Airbnb service for many years I have never had a problem like this before … The communication was terrible from the beginning, Excessively expensive, for what it's really worth, small and you must take your sheets and accessories with you general (bathrooms and kitchen). I really wouldn't have cared if it was worth it…. The master bedroom I had no light, the client let me know that there were many lamps and I could move them... there was only one where I left my mother without light, to give me the only lamp because I have a baby and I have to wake up at dawn during the night . The garbage can is full, we couldn't throw out the garbage, because it was full and full of flies, which prevented us from having dinner in the garden because the smell was unbearable of garbage, We were invaded by flies. The owner of the house limited herself to saying that she understood and not to give a specific solution.

This was a nice stay with room for improvement. The Good: Location was excellent near the beach, very dog friendly, great yard, and clean. Couch was comfy and check in was a breeze. It was also nicely decorated and the host was a good communicator. We had a good time! The Bad: this seems to be a new listing and there were some quirks. There were no coffee mugs in the kitchen, no oven mitts, and in the Jack and Jill bathroom (shared by two bedrooms) there were no locks on the inside to prevent someone walking in on you. And although the linen fee was clearly listed ($10 per person for sheets, pillowcases, hand towels, and bath towels) for the price and expensive cleaning fee that seemed a little silly. We also had to bring our own hand-soap—paper towels and TP were provided. There was also clothing left behind in one of the dressers from a previous guest. Overall: We enjoyed our weekend and it’s difficult to find a pet-friendly stay, the issues seem easily resolvable.
