Manuel’s place is just like the pictures, little nice room to take rest. Near to J Line that goes to Manhattan ( about 30 minutes). The neighborhood is very safe. Other than that Manuel was very responsive and responded to all my requests in a timely manner. I strongly recommend his place.

The apartment is super clean. Manuel is a nice host: kind and attentive. The room is quiet and the bed is good for a rest after a day full of activities.

Logement impeccable! J’ai passé un très bon séjour chez Manuel, l’emplacement est parfait car il est très proche de la ligne J qui emmène directement à Manhattan! Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description, très propre et rangé! Manuel est super réactif et très compréhensif, je recommande ce logement à 100% et n’hésiterai pas à y retourner si je reviens à NY :)

Manuel’s place is exactly what you need for a place to shower and sleep. He was very helpful in responding to my questions and allowing me to leave my luggage there after check-in. My only concern was that the room does have a skylight and I don’t believe I saw that in the description or picture, I could be wrong and have missed it, but if lots of natural lighting in the early morning bother you, probably best to choose a different room in the apartment. Other than that it was a great stay!
