Patrick was helpful and responsive. He provided the keys to the home and a little information regarding the Airbnb. Likewise, Mauricio was very responsive to our travel delay, which had us arriving a day late. The residence was very clean. Some things that I did not care for is the area surrounding the Airbnb. Kind of a rough neighborhood surrounds the villa and driving through in the late evenings can be a little unsettling. The air conditioner kept going out. I flipped the electrical switch at the junction box but hears a buzzing sound as if it was about to cause a short. The beach was close by but not very clean. We only used the Airbnb to sleep and shower. Travelling to other tourist destinations from this remote location was difficult, especially on the poor and unsafe roadways.

The place was great, quiet, very clean and convenient; close to multiple beaches, a small town to buy stuff. Highly recommended.

Mauricio’s place was great! Close to many other coastal destinations but with its own magnificent, almost deserted black sand beach just a few hundred metres away. My husband, who has been to some pretty amazing beaches around the world, says Playa Palo Seco is hands-down the most beautiful beach he’s ever been too. We also used the pool a lot and it was a particularly big hit with our kids, ages 10 and 13. The house itself was well laid-out, well equipped and comfortable. We appreciated the laundry, beach chairs and umbrellas that came with the house as well as the boogie boards that the complex had to lend. The complex itself felt very safe and well maintained. Honestly, maybe a little too well-maintained for my tastes. The groundskeepers picked up every leaf and piece of fallen fruit before you could even see it, and the grass was kept very short. A few times I saw them spraying what I think was herbicide. It felt quite suburban, but everything else about the place, including the little pond where we saw wildlife, was perfect and we were very happy there. Thank you Mauricio!

La residencia 27 de Villa las Flores está en muy buen estado de conservación. El residencial es muy seguro y cuenta con muy buenos vecinos. La casa se encuentra a unos 200 metros de la piscina que es parte del área de esparcimiento. Está bien cuidada y cuenta con una area social amplia y de uso libre. A dos minutos de distancia hay restaurantes y está el parque de la playa. El mantenimiento de estos espacios es bueno también y se puede disfrutar de la playa y de los dos esteros con tranquilidad.
