We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, with the beach very close by, and everything was impeccably clean. We enjoyed seeing parrots and monkeys around the area, which added to the experience. The pool was excellent, and our 5-year-old son had a great time. Highly recommended!

Vi hadde et supert opphold i villaen til Mauricio! Beskrivelsen som ble sendt over i forkant stemte veldig godt og vi hadde ingen problemer med innsjekking eller noe annet under oppholdet! Villaen ligger fint og fredelig til ved stranden i Parrita og er et godt utganspunkt for dagsturer både til Jaco, Manuel Antonio og Uvita! Vi så veldig mye dyr i «hagen»- både aper, papegøyer, iguaner og andre fugler viste seg frem hver dag til våre barns store glede:) bassenget i fellesområdet ble brukt hver dag og vi opplevde det som rent og ryddig! Vil definitivt anbefale alle dette stedet:)

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans le villa de Mauricio, une maison toute équipée qui offre un confort très appréciable, très propre, dans un quartier sécurisé. Le jardin et la proximité avec les oiseaux, les écureuils et les iguanes est très agréable. La plage est juste à côté ainsi qu.un restaurant au bord de plage. La piscine partagée avec les autres résidents est très grande et agréable. Notre seul regret : ne pas avoir pu y séjourner plus longtemps tellement ce fut agréable !

Great place to relax, swim and explore the area. The villa is very clean and tidy and of good quality. Neighbors and workers at the complex are all very friendly and helpful. Lots of animals can be watched - even Aras! We and the kids can definitely recommend the villa of Mauricio! Muchas gracias y pura vida!

I'm from Florida and live in the heat, but non-bedroom areas are +95°F (+35°C) – hotter than outside the house, even with doors open and fans on. Basically UN-usable. Porch was frequently smokey due to workers burning piles of leaves. Stuck using bedrooms to do work out of, which aren't equipped with tables, and furniture doesn't fit inside. ROACHES – killed 8 in bathrooms. Bedroom A/Cs have 4-hour manual timer that must be twisted so it won't shut off (will run out as you sleep) and limited to 24°C (75°F) – woke up sweating halfway through the nights. There wasn't consistent hot water. Host is slow (+24 hours) to respond, won't offer help with issues, and can't offer refund if you leave. Another disappointment – no monkeys to be found as in pictures. Location is quite remote – nothing beside beach and restaurant are walk able. On the bright side, beautiful beach especially at sunset (many neighbors line up to watch every evening) and nice nearby restaurant, Mar y Sol.
