The duplex sits right next to the Pier at Garden CIty and the view of the sunrise each day is tremendous. We loved the immediate access to the beach, and the ease of grocery stores and restaurants within a mile of the unit. We slept 7 adults and 4 children easily without feeling crowded, and all of us easily fit at the long table for meals.

Beach front was amazing and right next to live music every night sitting out on the beach! Perfect for kids got the beach if they want a break during the day. Perfect

Well we are spoiled now! Mere steps to the beach. No more loading wagons with a days supply of beach necessities. Karl was an excellent host and quickly answered any questions we had. Everyone in our group raved about how beautiful the house was. We would definitely stay here again!
