We stayed here for a couple of days while in town for UC graduation. This was such a perfect spot just a short drive from UC campus. Wonderful, clean home with all amenities needed for a relaxing trip. We loved spending time in the beautiful, fully fenced in backyard and also really enjoyed the close proximity to many great restaurants. Can't say enough about the great location and cute, clean place! Grant was also very welcoming and great at communicating anything we needed before we needed it. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Cincinnati!

I grew up in the area, and actually lived in an apartment on this street for a year at one point in time. This is an excellent base for visiting Cincinnati if you have access to a car, and one of the city's best coffee houses if about 50 yards walk around the corner next to the East Hyde Park Gas Light district. If you don't have access to a car, you can still get around the neighborhood well on foot, but if you know Cincinnati, then you know that outside of Downtown/OTR you really need a car to get around to where you might want to go. Everything is as described, I would not hesitate to book this place again when I next visit Cincinnati.

A superb Airbnb. Beautiful, calm, relaxing, and well appointed. Had everything we needed and felt at home instantly. Great location— wonderful coffee shop a tiny walk away. Gorgeous, wonderful landscaped backyard with several seating areas including a table on a deck. Spent the afternoon working outside and loved it. Dog loved the fenced in backyard. Would book again in a heartbeat if in the area. Host also went above and beyond with some recommendations for the eclipse. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Grant's house. It was stylishly decorated and comfortable. The location was great and close to so many things, but still quiet. It was nice to be able to park in the driveway.

I stayed at Grant’s home for 10 days while visiting family. The location is great in a safe neighborhood with several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Comfortable beds and great towels! Multiple pillows to choose from! The host is very quick to respond and has taken steps to make his place special. A great stay!
