Without a doubt, one of the most incredible places! Pictures cannot do the view justice!!!! It’s breathtaking. The cottage was so charming with so many considerate details thoughtfully provided. Close to all the fun in Charlottesville but I highly recommend staying in, light a fire, sip some wine- just unreal! Tracy was just a joy to work with. Responsive, kind, and so thoughtful. We are already planning a trip back! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Pulling into the place, you are stunned by its beauty — in the middle of almost 300 acres. The cottage was so charming. I spent many years traveling to the Cotswolds in the UK staying in old historic cottages. Tracy’s place so reminded me of those past visits. She’s thought of everything. It’s beautifully decorated and cozy. We only wish it had been colder so we could have sat by the fire. This will be a regular quiet getaway for us. Don’t miss the chance to spend a few nights in this gem.

Breathtaking farm property. Adorable small cabin. Although we didn’t use them, there is a swimming pool and tennis court. Great getaway in the mountains.

The most wonderful Air bnb we have ever stayed at. First, Tracy welcomed us graciously and got us settled in. Our dog even got to play with hers. She had lots of tips on local attractions and restaurants, and was always just a text away. But since we have visited the area many times, we preferred to enjoy the farm and its incredible views of the Blue Ridge. It was such a privilege to stay in an original building from the late 1700s, but tastefully remodeled with a gorgeous bath. We loved exploring the many wooded trails on the farm’s 300 plus acres with our dog Tuck, then settling in for wine and sunset on the porch. Because the cottage was originally the kitchen for the main house, the fireplace is enormous and perfect for a cozy evening. The furnishings are up to date and lovely, and we especially appreciated the comfortable bed with its crisp linens and fluffy duvet. I loved this stay so much. We were welcomed like friends and found a retreat we’ll return to as often as possible.
