This last minute trip turned into a standout! Host was able to pivot to host us warmly, generously, and genuinely. Super clean, comfy, tastefully decorated. I don’t know who had more fun- the 2 year old, the 12 year old, or the dog! Spacious, natural beauty is hard to capture in words or pictures. We were able to get to our events within in 10 minutes and UVA was a quick 20ish minute pleasant drive. The stay was magical all around! Thank you!

I am so happy I stumbled across this place when looking to come stay in Charlottesville. It was a 25 minute drive to the city, but Crozet was a very lovely town. Tracy has a pristine place. I cannot express enough how lucky we felt to be able to stay at a home like this. Insanely beautiful carriage house and surroundings. We already know we will be back!! Thank you for blessing us with this opportunity.

This place is special and host is so amazing! Over 600 acres to explore and host offered their John Deere Gator so fun to ride to the creek and explore woods on paths. Pickle ball court, fire pit, sauna, pool, picnic tables and stunning views and 5 mins from amazing coffee, an awesome grocery type store, music venue and winery/polo grounds and close enough for us to run over to UVA to visit with our son for meals and easy access to highways for us to go explore. Host was so kind -- had wine waiting and cheese/crackers and pasta salad/chicken curry salad. We texted numerous times and she was so responsive and friendly. Carriage house is lovely -- very comfy beds, pretty bathroom and excellent quality features, washer/dryer easily accessible in kitchen and very nice sitting area -- we didn't use second bedroom. Also good for little kids had high chair and other baby stuff. So relaxing and fun -- highly highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

This place was absolutely incredible. It is tucked away in the country surrounded by rolling hills and breathtaking views, but with all the comforts you would need to barely even have to leave. We brought our two children, ages 2 and 4, and they had so much fun running around and exploring. We started our trip with a hike throughout the property, enjoyed a glass of wine outside the barn while we watched the sunset and the kids played on the swing, and even got to try out the pickle ball court. There was plenty of room inside for a family. Tracy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She had toys and coloring pads for our kids, provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area, and had excellent communication before and during our stay. Staying here was truly a blessing to our family, and a memory we will never forget.

This place is a GEM! Absolutely beautiful space (pictures don’t do it justice!) and in a dream of a location with gorgeous views as far as you can see. Tracy was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. She was proactive with communication and easily reached with any questions. We had small children in the group and they were thoughtfully accommodated too. We already can’t wait to return!
