1) The Great - Lake Michigan lived up to the hype! Gorgeous beaches, cooler temps, and easy access to parking. The house looks like the pictures, the whirlpool tub is awesome, and the deck is beautiful. 2) The Good - the house is surrounded by the woods! If you’re looking for secluded, this is THE place. That said, it did make the mornings and afternoons a little dark, unless the sun was directly overhead. 3) The Annoying - water heater popped off twice, leaving a puddle on the floor each time. Ants - again, the house is totally enclosed by trees so some of the wildlife made its way inside. A warning about leaving food out would’ve been nice. Kitchen - Missing random things like a pizza cutter.. Area is not very kid friendly either. Closest restaurant is 21+ all the time, and another place had no high chairs! Like just didn’t own any. Would I stay here again? In the winter, when the snow is falling and the bugs are all dead…100%!! Probably not a summer trip though.

The house is very roomy and beautiful. There are no curtains but the whole yard is surrounded by greenery. We didn't use the game room much. The big TVs were nice for rainy days. We liked the kitchen but it was hard to see when using the stove because some of the lights weren't working. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. No problem checking in and out. We had a good stay and the location was fairly convenient.

perfect location! walked to the beach! hidden in the trees but could walk right down to restaurants. everything was amazing....except the weather, so we will be back!!
