This luminous and spacious 129 sqm | 1,388 sq ft condo lies along the coast of La Paz Bay in a prime location. The condo is on the third of the six-floor La Concha Condominium complex. It’s conveniently located and definitely exudes a beachy Mexico vibe! The main spaces of the condo: - An open living area with comfy sofas and a cozy horizontal armchair for watching TV and enjoying your relaxing moments at home. The armchair doubles as a single bed for an extra sleep spot if needed. - The living room has direct access to a large private balcony with amazing ocean views to enjoy anytime, but especially beautiful at sundown with the famous La Paz tangerine sunsets! You’ll find an outdoor dining table to sip your morning coffee or dine al fresco and some cushioned chaise lounges - The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up any meal at home with a stovetop, oven, microwave, and important extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee kickstart! - 1 bedroom & 2 full bathrooms to accommodate 3 guests as such: BEDROOM: 1 King bed with an ensuite bathroom & direct access to the balcony LIVING ROOM: 1 Single/twin bed that shares the other full bathroom with the living area - A washer, dryer, and iron in the condo for added convenience - A free designated parking spot “304” at the condominium complex

We enjoyed our stay because it's a repeat visit to the same condos. We love the pool and the beach and the views from balconies. However this particular unit needs an upgrade. AC is loud, sheets and towels are basic, doors and windows and screens are hard to open and close. Otherwise it's a great unit and I recommend this condo complex.

We’ve been coming to the same La Concha Condos for several years now. This is our first time staying at a place that is not a super host and we learned our lesson! The inside of the condo was a bit run down and could use a refresh. The outside pool and common areas are kept impeccably clean. We love being right on the ocean! For the issues we shared our host was very responsive.

The condo looks exactly like the pictures with amazing view to west for sunsets. We had sufficient cookware and dishes to prepare our own meals, but would suggest condo leaves a few essentials like oil, salt, pepper and dishwasher soap. Also, a few extra towels would make the stay nicer. There were only 2 provided. There was no guidebook providing info like WiFi password, gate codes, etc. to get in and out of property. We had to ask host or staff for everything. The main issue was noise from the public beach right in front of balcony with music, singing, and screaming every night, sometimes until 2 AM. There is also loud truck noise from road on other side of condo. Other than the noise, this was a wonderful condo.
