I rented the house for 30-days during my stay in Fort Collins. The house is quite comfortable and fully matches the pictures. The deck is ideal for summer dinners. And the roof deck even better for evening cocktails. I did work during a portion of my stay and the bottom floor space was indeed perfect. It has it's own bathroom and even a small fridge for cold drinks and snacks. It definitely became my "home office" and helped to minimized interruptions by others in the home. The internet speed is shockingly fast. The location could not be better for an easy walk to Old Town and all that it offers. The walking path along the river is near and the neighborhoods to the west makes for a pleasant stroll. Robin is *very* responsive to questions. Her maintenance staff showed up the same day when something needed to be fixed. She runs a top-notch, customer-oriented business.

Great townhome, Old Town Fort Collins location, and nice host. Lovely spacious townhome and we especially loved the deck views with the small cityscape, evergreen trees, Colorado sunshine, and starry nights. This place was hard to leave and everything is modern, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to our host for a very nice stay!

5 stars is not enough for this condo. My staff absolutely loved it. Instead of it being like separate rooms, each room was like its own mini apartment. Also, the living area, kitchen and balcony are amazing. My is a group of traveling nurses and they work a lot of hours. So, we are always on the hunt for places in great areas that well maintained. If you are looking for a place for travel staff, please look no further. This will definitely give you what you need and more.
