Gutes Hotel, sehr flexibel, in der nähe gibts Joliibee, Robinson Supermarkt und viele weitere Shops in unter 10 Minuten Fussweg. Sehr nah am Flughafen ca 20 Minuten mit dem Taxi. Einfahrt wird durch security bewacht und somit sicher.

The place matches the description and pictures. Generally a nice place for its price. So far our drivers had no problem finding the place. The apartment also came with a smart tv so that was nice that we could watch some videos on youtube or use netflix. The downsides; were the microfibre towels provided as they did not absorb water very well, so most times we still felt wet after our shower, we had to use our own towels. Could consider providing cotton towels instead. The apartment also had an initial smell whenever we entered but it didn’t linger too long. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t strong too. Overall, we still had a good stay. Location is also nice as you have an outlet mall and SM hypermarket just few mins away from the residence.

The whole place was awesome and spacious for family of 5. Everything was clean, has hot/cold shower, has tools for cooking and cleaning. Its also close to robinson’s supermarket and sm supermarket and other stores where you can do grocery. Also close to fashion outlets where you can do shopping for branded shoes and apparels. Totally worth the price. The only downside, people there doesn’t know the place. Even locals doesn’t know it, probably because its a newly developed housing condo which is understandable. Once this place will be known, it will be a lot easier to find.

Our stay at Aileen’s place was wonderful. The unit is near The Outlet which has lots of places to eat and the terminal for public transport is there as well. When you go out of the condo gates, you can easily find tricycles and jeepneys to ride. The place is clean and the host is very responsive to messages. Kitchen was equipped as well. The heater was working in the shower. The TV has Netflix and youtube. Good place to stay near the airport and if you’re going around Mactan/Cordova Area. Thank you!
